MAKEUP MASH UP #1 - SKINCARE

Hey guys!
So for a while now I've been using the same products everyday and recently I've been wanting to change it up a bit. I decided to do it and to write a blog post about it so here it is! I'm going to break it up into categories so that it isn't one huge post that might bore some of you haha! I have taken these photos with my iPhone, so don't hate me haha. They are also on Instagram, please feel free to follow me! My name is heyarnoldx

Nivea Creme - Me and my skin are still trying to get to know each other (sounds like a relationship, huh?). I used to think that just because I have combination to oily skin I couldn't use moisturiser. I obviously know that that isn't true now so I have been using this as my current moisturiser because I haven't bought anything else yet. If you know of a good moisturiser for combination to oily skin, please let me know below.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream - Having a bit quite a bit of makeup and storing it on the other side of your room makes you forget what you have. While looking through my makeup, I came across this which I forgot I had. It's only a sample size but it's enough for me to decide if I like it or not. It says it's for all skin types and 'helps to promote healthy looking skin' which I hope it does. I will do a review once I have used it enough to keep you all posted on it.

Clinique All About Eyes Serum - I have had this lurking in my draws for a while now. I always thought that it had something to do with anti-aging which is why I haven't tried before. I'm quite a nocturnal girl, meaning that I stay awake all night and sleep most of the day, so I do get pretty puffy eyes and I sometimes get dark circles (FYI, they are quite bad right now). After doing some research on this product, the Clinique website says that it helps with puffy eyes and dark circles, so this is right up my street! This is also just a sample which I have no idea where it came from.

Thank you for reading guys! Let me know if you have any recommendations for oily skin below.

  1. I've tried Clinique's All About Eyes and wasn't a fan. I've been blessed with rather dark circles and my under eyes always look dehydrated. I only found Peter Thomas Roth's eye rescue or Origins eye cream to be any good!
