Bloguary?

Hey everyone, I hope you all are doing well and have had a good day! I just thought that I would let you all know that I will be doing Blogruary (blogging everyday in February) :-) I am about to write everything down that I am going to do. So be expecting a ton of reviews and a few extra bits and bobs! I'm looking forward to the challenge!

CHLOE REVIEWS:- Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Foundation

I bought this because I'm always looking for a good drugstore foundation, isn't everybody? haha.

What the website says:
- Ultimate wear foundation provides up to 16 hours of flawless skin
- Lasting Perfection Foundation will take you from dawn to dusk and back again, with no need for reapplication
- SPF20 to keep skin safe in the sun
- Transfer proof and water resistant

Texture and Coverage: I always warm my foundation up first by putting it on the back of my hand. With this foundation, and I have no idea why, but I found it to be a lot colder. A little does go a long way with this foundation. It blends in nicely into the skin and leaves a pretty flawless finish. With this foundation and the matching concealer, you will have a high coverage. When I use this, I apply it with my fingers to warm it up and then i buff it into my skin using my E.L.F Powder Brush.

Scent: There is no over powering smell with this foundation, which i think is a good thing, but it also doesn't smell bad either.

Packaging and Price: I do like the packaging of this foundation. The bottle itself is made of glass and it also has a pump, which is what I prefer. On the packaging it says '16 hour wear', I haven't worn it for a whole 16 hours but yesterday I did have it on for just under 13 hours and it lasted pretty well, with only a little bit of shine but all that needed was a little powder. The price is £3.69 from Boots and also from Superdrug but isn't on the website at the moment.

I hope you all enjoyed this review and had a good weekend. I'm going to start to write down all the posts I'm hoping to do for the month of February, so if you have any requests then leave a comment down below or email at heyarnoldx@hotmail.co.uk :-)

CHLOE REVIEWS: Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Polish

I received this in a set at Christmas 2010, but have only just used it and opened it.. damn, I was missing out!

What the website says:- 'A superhero strength skin smoothing body polish with shea butter, sweet almond oil, peach seed powder, sea salt and sugar. Transforms your scaly legs from reptilian to radiant. Scented with our Original Pink™ fragrance.'

Texture:- As you first put your finger into the tub, it feels smooth. However, when you rub it into your skin you can feel the sea salt and sugar. As it warms up, the sea salt and sugar dissolves and your left with the shea butter which then acts as a moisturizer so it doesn't scrape your skin, leaving your body all red like a lobster.

Scent:- As all Soap & Glory product do, they smell amazing! If I had the money, I would purchase the fragrance straight away! It smells very sweet and girly, but you can also smell the peach seed which is in it :-)

Packaging & Price:- The packaging it bold and pink.. which is always great! It has a screw lid so that the product inside doesn't dry up or let anything icky get inside unless you leave the lid off. The one I have is not the full size as it came in a gift set, it's more travel size :-) For the full size it costs £6.64 from Boots or £7.00 from Harvey Nichols. The gift set I had was called Soap & Glory Soaper Heroes Gift Set for £12.77 from Boots.

I hope you enjoyed this awaited review! I was going to do a 'What I Had For Christmas' post, but I thought it was too late now haha. If you still would like that, then let me know! Also, feel free to look through my makeup collection post and request a review of the products on there too! :-) Hope you've had a good week, and I hope to put up another post within the next few days :-)
