CHLOE REVIEWS: Barry M Lip Paint

I have been testing these out for about 3 months on and off :-)

What the website says: All Lip Paint's have a soft, beautiful smooth texture that is packed full of natural moistures to help them glide on and stay comfortable to wear for hours.

Texture: It glides on your lips pretty good and even better with a balm underneath.

Colour: They have good pigmentation but wear off badly after a few hours. I thought that with the intense colour that they are, they would of left a little stain on my lips but they didn't, you have to reapply them after about 2 hours. I have the colours '151' and '53'.

Packaging & Price: The packaging is sleek and smooth. It has that rubbery feel to it so it attracts more dirt but it easily comes off. The price is £4.50 from Superdrug or from the Barry M Website.

I hope you enjoyed reading and liked the new way I have laid out my reviews, let me know what you think!

CHLOE REVIEWS: Accessorize Single Eyeshadows

I have had these for a while, but only recently just started using them. Once I get my videos up and running, I will be using them for a tutorial. I have considered doing a picture step - by - step tutorial, but I don't know how well that would go down, so let me know if you would like that!

They retail for £4.00 from Superdrug, but sometimes they have them on sale! I got these three in a set for £5.00 back in July, which was a total bargin! As you can see, I had a little accident with the green one but it still works just as good. They have a velvet touch to them. Some of them need to rubbed a few times before the true pigmentation comes out. The packaging is girl and cute which I always think is a bonus.

These eyeshadows are easy to blend with, but sometimes you will need to tap some of the product off the brush as sometimes there can be a lot of fallout. I have the shades Mermaid (Green), Iris (Purple) and Platinum (Grey/Silver).

I hope you've had an good weekend! I still can't believe that it's only 14 days til christmas!

More to come!

I'm so sorry that I haven't been writing in here, I have been ill :-( Then on Friday, I had to take pictures for a friends band so I've been editing a few pictures for that :-) I'm going to edit some photos now and should have a new post up later :-D If you want to look at my photography, click here and like my facebook page :-D

A Few Months On.. :- BeautyUK Eyeshadow Palette in No.4 Earth Child

I have had this small palette since about May/June this year. I bought it from Superdrug for £3.99. It comes with 10 eyeshadows, 3 matte and 9 with shimmer/glitter. I think this would make a good gift for someone or for you to buy for your makeup collection.

I think that it is good quality for money and good quality for a drugstore/highstreet brand. The only downside to this palette for me is that the silver and the green in the 2nd row are not greatly pigmented which is a shame because they look like such beautiful colours in the palette :-( but apart from that I love it :-) As you can see i use the champagne colour and the white a lot, but I have played around with a, pairing different colours to create different looks.

Excuse the rubbish swatching, I will get better at this ;-D but this is just a basic overview of the colours. Thank you for reading :-)

Sigma!

I have just joined the Sigma Affiliate program! :-D The only problem that I am having is putting the banner on my page, so if any of you know how to do that then please let me know :-) this is my page http://www.sigmabeauty.com/?Click=119490 :-D

A Few Months On.. :- E.L.F Powder Brush

So I have had this brush for a while now and I'm still impressed with it! It hasn't shed at all, the barrel hasn't broke and it's still amazing as the first day I used it. I personally have had a very good experience with E.L.F brushes as many other people have. They're incredibly reasonable with the price tag of only being £3.50, you can't say no to that bargin!

The brush is dense and really does buff your foundation into your skin, giving you that flawless, airbrushed look. I wash mine every 2 - 3 uses (a bit gross I know, but I'm always in a rush for college!) and I find that the brush is easy to clean. I use a little baby shampoo and rub that all into the bristles and then wash it all out and leave it to dry over night upside down   so that the brush still keeps it's shape and the water doesn't go into the barrel. This brush has been compared to the Sigma F80.

Overall, I think this brush is defiantly worth the £3.50 that you pay and more! This would be a great gift and a stocking filler ( I would love to receive one in my stocking! ;-D ). I would happily re-purchase this and try out all of the studio collection. I hope you've all enjoyed and had a good weekend :-)

A Few Months On - Urban Decay Naked Palette

So this is a new series I am going to start! Basically I am going to review products that I have had for 6 months+ and tell you if my thoughts have change, if it's worth the money etc, and I am going to be starting with my Urban Decay Naked Palette.. so let's get started :-D

I was given this as a gift last Christmas and if I am honest, it is one of the gifts I have ever received. I was also one of the lucky ones to get the double ended 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils, but the brush still looks pretty amazing if I am honest. It's sleek and easy to travel with as there is nothing bulky to it. After nearly a year of having it, nothing what so ever has changed about the shadows themselves, apart from the fact that there is less product in some of the shadows than in others.

As you can see, the most used shadows in my palette are Naked and Buck which are the only two matte shades in the palette and i use them as a base after my eye primer. I can proudly say after using this palette pretty much everyday since I have had it, that I haven't hit pan on any of the shades :D Every single shade can be used in a smokey eye look and an everyday look. Once you have this palette, the only other colours I think you will need is brights in your makeup collection.

I hope you enjoyed this little review :-) If you have any requests, let me know :-)

Starting A Fresh

Hey guys :-)

So recently I haven't been making videos for a number of reasons. The first one being that i spilt tea all over my brand new laptop because I am clumsy :-( so that has been sent here, there and everywhere, but it's back now and they wanted £500 for a new motherboard! Thieves I tell you! But we have sort of managed to get it working except my UBS ports don't work and my laptop won't detect any sound devices so i have no sound. No sound = no videos :-( so after Christmas, I will get that situation sorted but until then I thought I would make a blog doing reviews, tutorials and all other nice things. Hopefully, I will be able to keep up with it and keep on doing it when I am back making videos :-) so any requests will be appeicated muchly :-) I have a few ideas that I am going to crack on with once my camera has finished charging. Hope you've all had a good weekend!
